Cursor

Cursor is built on the VS Code codebase and has grown into a coding agent that plans features, writes and reviews code, and fixes bugs across a repository, often running several tasks in parallel. It offers frontier models alongside its own Composer models, with plan mode, cloud agents, rules, skills, MCP and integrations with GitHub, Slack and Linear, and it is used at companies such as NVIDIA and Stripe. Design engineers use it to move from targeted inline edits to fully delegated tasks in one tool.
