nuqs

nuqs is a type-safe state manager for React that stores state in the URL query string, used like useState but shareable, bookmarkable and preserved on reload. It works with Next.js, plain React, Remix, React Router and TanStack Router, ships parsers for common types, controls history, and can opt in to re-rendering server components with throttling. Tested against every Next.js release, it suits design engineers building filters, tabs and search interfaces whose state should live in the link.
