Soubi

Soubi is a file-based framework for writing an AI agent plugin once and compiling it to each harness's own native format. A plugin can start as a single AGENTS.md file and grow to include skills, typed commands, specialist agents, lifecycle hooks and tools, which compile to native slash commands, subagents, configuration or MCP servers. Teams shipping plugins to several coding agents get every lossy mapping reported through explicit fallback tiers, and output that runs with no Soubi runtime.
