Vercel Doctor is a command-line health check that scans a Next.js codebase for patterns that inflate a Vercel bill, run with a single npx command and no configuration. It scores the project out of 100 across function duration, caching, invocations and images, adds dead-code detection and gives each finding a fix, adapting its guidance to your Next.js version, with a diff mode for feature branches. Run it before a launch or when a hosting bill jumps, then hand the findings to a coding agent to fix.
