Ciele lets an organisation create AI assistants that answer only from its own content, such as websites, help centres, files and FAQs. Each assistant can be previewed before it is published to a website, internal portal or shareable embed, then tracked through resolution rates and answer ratings, and the whole stack can be run on your own machine.
